What kinds of projects does Mode Studio work on?

Where is Mode Studio based?
Mode Studio is based in Selangor and welcomes enquiries for projects in Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur. Share your project location so that the practical arrangements and scope can be discussed.
Do you offer design-only and design-and-build work?
The portfolio includes confirmed Design Only, Design & Build and Design Proposal scopes. Deliverables, responsibilities and execution arrangements are agreed for each project; not every project includes construction.
What should I prepare for the first conversation?
Share the type of space, location, current stage, what needs to change and any available plans, photos or measurements. An indicative budget, intended timing and decisions already fixed help frame the discussion.
How much will my project cost, and how long will it take?
There is no single price or duration for every interior. Size, agreed scope, existing conditions, materials and coordination affect the work. We start with your brief before discussing a suitable scope and programme.
Are all portfolio images of completed projects?
No. Project photography, site photographs, design renders and design documents are labelled separately. A render shows a proposal, not proof of completion. Confirmed project scope and year are recorded separately where available.
